Contact and profile data, relationship and search information, private photos, communications, consent and verification metadata, and SELECT contract/payment status where applicable.
4. Verification
The system is designed not to store passport/ID numbers, document copies or biometric data.
5. Legal bases
PROFESSIONAL LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED Contract/pre-contract measures, consent, legitimate interest and legal obligations must be assigned to actual processing activities.
6. Service providers / transfers
ADD ACTUAL PROVIDERS Hosting, email/SMTP, payment, analytics/cookies and international transfers must reflect the production environment.
7. Retention
An internal review is currently configured after 24 months where no overriding purpose, legal duty or legal hold applies. FINALISE PERIODS LEGALLY
